It's because Victoria Dahl never ceases to amaze me. Seriously, I think this is like book 8 or 9 of hers that I've read and every single time, I fall more in love with her characters.

Talk Me Down is actually the first in the series and it stars Molly who has a scandalous job that NOBODY knows about. Seriously, her brother (the hott architect) doesn't even know about it. Let's just say she provides us with sexy times. Sucked dry of inspiration, and pissed about an extremely intrusive ex, Molly leaves the city and heads for home - Tumble Creek. But she's not alone. The feeling that someone's watching her isn't just the heeby-jeebies, someone is sneaking around her life.

Ben Lawson is the hunky cop you just wish you could get your hands on. He's protective and loyal - and desperately afraid of the spotlight and gossip mongrels. He's done a good job of staying out of everyone's business and has been rewarded with peace. It's a small town and everyone knows each other. All he's got to do is not start any fires.

Who better to start her fire than sweet and sexy Ben? And he's more than happy to oblige, undercover of course. But it's more than the local newspaper that starts to pick up on the two spending time together. A creepy stalker may not be alone - and all have their hands in this pot - and all of them are out for themselves. Figuring out who the players are and what they are after will be just as important as the melty pants scenes you do NOT want to miss.

Seriously, if you've not picked up Dahl yet...Why the hell not? This chick is AMAZING. Theres no reason not to read her stuff. She's like...the Ultimate. That's right. WWE gave us the Ultimate Warrior. Let me give you the Ultimate SexyTimer. Now, go. get. you. some!
